Scott Pollov – Founder and Principal
Scott has extensive finance, accounting and business consulting expertise with growing entrepreneurial enterprises, and nearly a decade of professional business planning expertise. He is the co-founder of BizPlanIt, a professional business plan consultancy, where he has developed hundreds of business plans and financial projections for clients in the U.S. and internationally. Prior to launching BizPlanIt, Scott was a senior associate of Marway Consulting, a business financing advisory firm, where he developed lender and investor relationships throughout the Western Region of the U.S., performed financial analysis and developed strategic plans to assist clients in securing appropriate capital. He has previous experience at McGladrey & Pullen, the seventh largest national accounting firm, where he specialized in financial statement audits for middle market manufacturing, distribution and medical services companies. Scott holds a B.S. in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from the University of Arizona, and is an inductee in the University’s Berger Entrepreneurship Program Hall of Fame for his role in developing BizPlanIt.

Bill Fiduccia - Founder and Principal
Bill has an extensive background in business planning and strategic consulting with venture-funded and private owner managed companies. He is the co-founder of BizPlanIt, a professional business plan consultancy, where he has built a history of results-driven consulting expertise to develop sound planning, business model and financial strategies that attract capital for clients. After obtaining his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, Bill worked as an investment banker focused on small-cap growth companies with J.W. Gant & Associates. He is a graduate of Arizona State University’s Business Honors Program with a major in Accountancy and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. Under the leadership of the Director of the Center for the Advancement of Small Business, Bill completed and defended the University’s first business plan honors thesis, which later served as the operating plan from which he launched an online employee recruiting business for emerging businesses.

James Lewin - Principal
Jim's background includes over 20 years in international, commercial and investment banking, and nearly a decade as the principal shareholder and CEO of a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution business in California. He was most recently the principal of LewAZ, a capital advisory firm that assisted private owner managed companies in completing corporate and commercial finance transactions. During his 20 years at Security Pacific Bank, Jim served in a number of senior management positions in the U.S. and internationally. Applicable assignments included responsibility for the funding of all of the institution’s subsidiaries and affiliates domiciled outside of the U.S., general management of two overseas affiliates and general management of the bank’s California staff departments. For two years, he served as President, Director and CEO of Guardian Bancorporation, Los Angeles, California. Jim has extensive senior management and Board of Director experience within public companies and he is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a B.A. in Political Science.
