Jimmy Lewin’s background includes over 35 years in international, commercial and investment banking, and nearly a decade as the principal shareholder and CEO of a rapidly growing manufacturing and distribution business in California. During his 20 years at Security Pacific Bank, Mr. Lewin served in a number of senior management positions in the U.S. and internationally. Howard Fletcher, Bayshore Management Partners
Howard Fletcher is the principal owner of Bayshore Management Partners, a consulting firm advising entrepreneurs, owners of small businesses and CEOs of mid-size companies on the “Art of Raising Capital”. He helps management identify and resolve operating and structural impediments to a successful raise, teaches the fundamentals of creating a compelling story and coaches principals on effectively delivering the story. Mr. Fletcher has raised capital as a principal and intermediary from institutions on Wall Street, in Asia and in Europe, and from accredited investors across the US. He was a founding partner of Stronghold Capital Partners, a private investment banking firm based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has also had significant operating experience as CEO of four companies, including a public financial institution, owner of a small manufacturing business, senior executive of a major multinational corporation and non-executive director of numerous for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He has a great deal of consulting and interim management experience in troubled companies.
Mr. Fletcher has a Masters Degree in International Management and a Bachelors Degree in Finance, both from the University of Southern California. He also is a graduate of the Stanford University Executive Management Program and holds four securities licenses. He is a Professor of Finance at California State University, Long Beach where he also mentors undergraduate business students and serves as Director of a mentoring organization. Mr. Fletcher is a student of geopolitical and economic trends, which enables him to better relate his course material to the world outside of academia. He speaks and writes on the subjects of small business finance and management, business in the context of geopolitical events and the benefits of helping young people get started on the right path (mentoring).
